If you find yourself at a crossroads in life with an unclear idea of where you're meant to be and what would be fulfilling for you in your next chapter, this one's for you. 

First, let's talk about where this confusion and lack of direction is rooted:

  1. Feeling uncertain about your purpose. This will bring up key existential questions about who you are and what you're meant to be doing in this lifetime.

    Here's a super simple way to understand your purpose: it's where your passion meets being of service and helping others. For example, I am obsessed with understanding why people behave the way that they do and studying psychology and healing and culture (that's my passion), and now I have turned that into a service through my membership and 1:1 mentorship, etc!
     

  2. Fear of making the wrong decision. I see so many of my clients paralyze themselves out of fear of making the wrong decision and ‘messing up their life’. But I'll tell you what.. the only true regrets I've ever had in life have surrounded not taking action and allowing fear to keep me stuck and small. So, for all of my recovering perfectionists out there, this is your sign to be brave and allow yourself to experiment! Try :)

    I truly believe that it's impossible for you to make the wrong decision. No matter what happens, you are going to learn a valuable lesson and you're going to expand. You'll get clearer on your preferences, your standards, and your potential and you'll be well on your way to greater alignment.   3. Big life changes leading to a feeling of being lost. When we experience life-changing events like breakups or switching jobs or moving to a new place, it can cause us to feel ungrounded and unsettled.

    For these big periods of change, it becomes paramount to develop a routine so that we regain a feeling of consistency, healthy control, and a feeling of being settled. Furthermore, pouring into hobbies and genuine relaxation will lead to greater feelings of clarity.. your life force will increase!
