My Core Values

Embarking on an inward journey can certainly be challenging, especially for those of us actively moving through pain, shame, guilt and feelings of low self worth. That is why I lead with love and prioritize compassion, above all, in order to facilitate profound healing and radical self-acceptance for my clients. My containers are safe and non- judgmental spaces in which the women I work with can truly explore the depths of their humanity and heal on a cellular and spiritual level.
I have found that a connection to something greater than ourselves (Source, God, Universe) is paramount for personal development and fulfillment. In this community, we connect with Spirit through visualization meditation, ancestral healing, manifestation practices, instilling new belief systems that are grounded in loving awareness, and activating our intuition. Creating a strong vision for our lives and taking action towards that is also essential for building faith in ourselves and deepening our connection with Spirit.
Integrity is at the core of my values as a mentor. I believe that it is essential to keep our promises to ourselves in order to achieve our goals and reach our full potential. This includes setting S.M.A.R.T. goals, taking full responsibility for our actions , and committing to showing up for our wellbeing in mind, body and spirit on a daily basis. Integrity is showing up actively as the person we say we are and being deeply honest and kind with ourselves as we journey inward and forward.
Confidence is the foundation for living an authentic and fulfilling life in my experience. The meeting point of integrity, compassion, and faith forms the foundation for confidence, as it allows us to trust ourselves and our innate abilities. By fostering integrity, compassion, and faith, I empower my community to gain the confidence they need to live their most authentic lives and have the courage to pursue their passions and goals from a place of empowerment and optimism.
